WHERE IT STARTED — 2026
Where It Started
After ten years of practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I had an idea that never left me: to create something of my own—something shaped by the discipline, resilience and purpose the sport had given me.
For years, the idea remained in my head while life and work carried on. Then, in 2026, I was made redundant. What could have felt like an ending gave me something I had never had before: the time to trust my instincts and finally act on them.
That moment became the beginning of Takama.
The Founders Collection marks where it all started—49 individually numbered sets created for the first people who believed in the vision and chose to become part of its story.
