These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Takama Jiu Jitsu website at takamajiujitsu.co.uk ("Website") and the purchase of products from Takama Jiu Jitsu Ltd ("Takama", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Website.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are mispriced or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

The Founders Collection is a limited-edition release. Purchase quantities may be restricted per customer. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate or bulk orders that exceed stated limits.

Founders Collection items are made to order. Please allow up to 14 working days for production before dispatch.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We do not store your full card details. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected].

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics and designs, is the property of Takama Jiu Jitsu Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takama Jiu Jitsu Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our Website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our Website. Continued use of our Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
